Terms and Conditions for Ashley's Flower Farm
1. Acceptance of Terms
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use our website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
2. Tuber Sales
Cancelations: Once an order is placed it is final. We do not accept cancellations or changes to an order after it is placed. However, because we are a farm that is selling a perishable product, we reserve the right, at our own discretion, to cancel and fully refund any order, during our quality checks as we ship out our products.
Substitutions: We offer substitutions do to tuber stock loss. If something unexpected happens with storage between your order and shipping, we will contact you to give you the option to substitute a tuber of the same value or receive a refund.
3. Shipping
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Tuber orders are shipped via standard shipping. Buyer accepts all risks of shipping tubers in transit. At this time we are unable to combine orders or shipping costs.
4. Returns and Refunds
Tuber Guarantee: We take pride in the quality of our products and your happiness is very important to us. We guarantee your dahlia tubers will be true to ID and arrive in the mail with at least one eye, and a healthy tuber body. Some tubers may have skin peeling or be smaller, this doesn’t effect viability. Please inspect your tubers upon arrival or pick up and contact us within 48 hours if you have any concerns. Once the 48 hours have passed, you accept full responsibility for your tubers. Please understand we are not responsible for damage due to bad weather, pests, rot, negligence, or plant performance. When you contact us, you must provide a picture of tubers in email with description of your concerns.
5. Services Offered
Ashley’s Flower Farm provides a variety of fresh flowers and tubers for purchase. All products are subject to availability. Fresh flowers may vary in selection during the growing season.
6. Orders
Payment: Payment on orders is processed securely through Squarspace. We do not store any payment information on our servers.
Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please make sure your address and email is correct before placing your order.
7. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery: We offer local delivery options. Delivery charges may apply, and delivery times are subject to availability.
Pickup: If you choose to pick up your order, you will be contacted for date and time details via phone number or email. Products must be collected within the specified time frame.
8. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are confirmed at the time of order placement.
9. Modifications to Terms
Ashley’s Flower Farm reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By using this website, you agree to the current version of these terms.
